They know me as a 10 yr faithful customer. I buy gas cards all the time. I pumped the gas and brought my gas card in and it didn't work. Got the other gas card out and it didn't work. I had the receipt for purchase. Manager was called by the only employee on duty and the manager had the employee tell me to come in the next. We did, and please know we don't live in Grayling. Was told the manager ALWAYS has that day off and they couldn't help me. They made it clear they did not care one bit about helping me. I was told the manager would call me the next day but has not called.

I live with multiple sclerosis and had to retire early on a fixed income.They stole my money pure and simple. If you're passing through Grayling, just pass this station by. There's plenty of other stations right down the road.

We spent around $200 per month at the station because we go to church in Grayling and it was convenient. But my husband and I will never go back.
