        Overall

        They gave me s great rate. Delivered what they said they would when promised, no back and forth with needing different items. Treated me with dignity. I was shamed by another Nevada City lender because I didn't have 20% down but good credit. NOrthern California Mortgage found me the program right for me and treated me like a valued client.
