TimberRidge Apts on Fleming Dr

It is 1:26 am. I'm sitting in a Memorial Hermann hospital with my teen age son who is visiting for spring break. Was assaulted walking back to my apts. So he barely makes it to my apt door and an officer sees a tall black male running and assume he has done something wrong. Pushes his way to hold open my door terrifying my other son and my 8 year old daughter who is also visiting for spring break. Then the officer tells me a bogus story to justify his rudeness. Said that my daughter had a complaint here and im like sir my daughter is eight years old doesn't even live here so please come up with a better lie. Then tells me he's gonna have me evicted from my apart first thing in the morning. But my child is hurt and because you haven't found whom ever your in search of and I wont let you pin something on my child so you threaten to have me put out. I choose these apartments because I thought it was a safe and quiet complex. I will be forwarding this email.
