I spent an hour in the waiting room then an addtional 2 and a half hours in one of the treatment rooms. Three and a half miserable hours. I almost walked out so many times and wish I had. They did all kinds of unnecessary tests an still diagnosed me wrong. They charged me over 500 dollars. One girl at the front was nice but the rest were all unpleasant and short with everyone. By far the worst experience I ever had at a clinic. Someone in managment needs to know what's going on at this clinic.

I went to care now. After a 2 hour wait, I saw a doctor. He gave me antbiotics to kill the infection. He recomended a steroid shot. I asked if it was included in my co-pay. He said "yes". I then asked if all I will be resposible for was $30. He said "yes". After that I said "if there is no additional charge then I will get the shot". Then I get a bill for $88.00 from Care Now. When I called and told them what happened, they said "well it was your responsibility to know what is covered. I told them I did not know "that is why I asked". If the doctor did not know he should have said "I do not know". Care Now should not act as if the customers money is not important. If I would have known it was $88, I would not have gotten it. But now care now does not care, they upselled a shot and now they want to get paid for an additional product. they are pushing me in a corner and I don't appreciate it. Be Careful You may be charged a-lot more than you think when you go to care now. They should be called We Don't Care About Your Money NOW.
