Granville Family Health

The doctors are very good, But 99% of the nurses and the front desk staff are old and missrable . I give the doctors a 4 star rating but the others would be lucky to get a -5 . Time to hire NEW younger less burned out staff . Only reason I continue to go their and deal with the rudeness is because I live down the road and I can't afford to travel to Glens Falls .

They are best doctors their. I give them a 3, but the nurses and receptionest are less than a 1. They are mean and very rude. Only reson I go is, because of the doctors.

wasted trip for me as well...worst experience at dr appt EVER!! I have been a nurse for 30 yrs and if I treated anyone like they treated me, I would w/o a doubt have been fired! treated horrid by receptionist and for everyone to hear..humiliated! anyone considering them RECONSIDER!!!

My wife and I live in Middletown Springs Vermont. We have had difficulty getting a pap test for her. We decided to give the Granville Family Health Center a try. My wife called the Granville Family Health on July 30, 2008 and was told that they could do the pap test and that there would be no problem. Two weeks to the appointment came and went and we arrived for the appointment, paperwork was filled out, insurance cards were copied and the wife went back to get ready for the exam. A Half hour latter she came out in tears, humiliated, stating that after the nurse Ann Gregory came in and started taking a history they did nothing because we already had a primary care MD and they would not finish doing the exam even after having her disrobe and provide a urine sample. She also stated that she (my wife) could go to planned parenthood to have the pap test done. I have never seen a patient refused care because they were seeing another doctor. This is real shoddy way to run a clinic.
