Circle K

I am a trucker. I asked about the shower procedure. The clerk said fuel, bring your reciept, and shower. I pumped 151 gallons of diesel, and returned 10 minutes later for my shower. Another clerk explained someone had they key, so no showers were available, or there was only one shower in the store that had no key. Either way....no shower. Equally bad, even worse at Huddle House. Raw/ frozen in the center HAMBURGER, the second one arrived with 2 slices of cheese, that I specified, I didn't want when I ordered. Another customer returned his "to go" order because it did not have cheese. He got mine, I got his. No big deal stuff happens...



Day 2: Delivered my load, returned at 10am and still no shower, really bad sludge like meal at Huddle House. Got free shower at Wilco Hess (same road) after I told them what happened at Circle K.

If you are are car/convenience customer, it's probably okay, but as a truck stop they fail miserably. I'll pump 300 gallons at Hess

thumbs down! Call to order a Hunt's Brothers pizza...asked to hold..order taken...asked to hold...told too busy - call back REALLY! went to Dominos. These pizzas are supposed to be either ready or fast. It is like this every time I go there too. 6 people walking but only one working and they are slow or clueless. Same mismanagement and same help as when it was BP. Hess must be picking up a lot of business...
