Phillips 66

This one guy in here is ridiculous. Working 1/21/16 at around 10 pm. Don't know his name. But he wouldn't sell me tobacco products because my id is expired by 2 weeks, mind you it still has my date of birth I'm 21 years old, 3 years older than the legal age to buy tobacco products but still refused to sell to me. So my fiance went in who's ID Is NOT expired and is 19 years of age over the legal age to buy tobacco and he then refused to sell to my fiance because he said she was buying them for me which she smokes as well. This was a terrible experience. I go to this gas station everyday would consider myself a regular, even have a fastback card. But I can throw it away now because I will not be returning to this store.
