Royal Flush Sewer & Drain Service

Several years ago we had a serious problem with back up in our home, mainly the bathroom. Royal Flush came and found that the tile pipes that ran from home to septic system was totally collapsed. I could hardly believe the extent that the problem was. The crew stayed at our home from afternoon until nearly midnight. Excavating the pipe line, cleaning out the most gross mess one could ever imagine, laying all new pipe and completing the work totaly and satisfactorily. We were racking up the $ signs in our heads, just knowing this was going to cost us well over $1000.00. To our amazement, the total cost was well under $900.00. Frankly, given the problem and the mess they worked in I would have happily paid a lot more that $1000.00. They have our gratitude and support. JR (at that time Mishawaka)

They replaced an water pipe in our yard 6yrs ago. It cost us over $1,000 and it took them 5 days to complete so we had to move out of our house because we had to shut the water off. They used a copper pipe in the yard and it did not hold up and is now broke yet again. We have called them 8x in 3 days and left 3 messages, we have yet to receive a call back from them. I would've hoped that after spending OVER $1,000 that they could at least honor their work and call us back!! WORST SERVICE EVER.

Just because we didn't 'gun it' to get to slowed traffic, the men in the truck, which was a marked company truck meaning the men inside represent the company, they felt it appropriate to yell foul language at us, speed around us and flip us off. If this is an indication of their integrity as a company and of the caliber of people that would be coming into my home, we will definitely not be using nor recommending their services to anyone. As a business, you need to respect everyone as a potential customer.
