We highly recommend this company! We had problems with our home warranty service. There was a mistake made by their customer service, that caused almost a 2 week delay in us getting our Hot Water Heater replaced. "Spike" of Randall & Sons "took charge" of the situation and got our hot water heater ordered and installed quickly!! We can't thank him enough for everything he did for us! Outstanding Company.
