        I have had such a hard time finding quality internet service at a decent price, loved the customer service I received. Thankful I found someone local, no more dealing with calling into 800 numbers and dealing with horrible customer service. I can finally watch Netflix without buffering! Thank GOD! I would definitely recommend this service!

        Ordered Exede internet, VOIP, and TV from this outfit. Have had nothing but problems from the start. VOIP does not work. Internet download speed is problematic. They do not return telephone calls. After dozens of telephone calls the owner finally came out. He called me the rudest customer that he has. Then he hit me. I have filed a complaint with ViaSat.

        Wow where do I start they charged me more than they were supposed to then they tried to charge my credit card with out my permission. And I have been having problems with my router they sold me and they will not answer my call!

        Got great customer service and they got me cable speed internet when no one else could. Exactly what we have been waiting all these years for! I liked that they were upfront with prices and no hidden cost; fairly priced.
