Eliason & Knuth opened its doors in 1956 and has grown into one of the largest interior/exterior finish contractors with offices located throughout the United States. The company s approach to project management is similar to that of the general contractors that it works with. It dedicates one or more people to a project that has responsibility for all aspects of the project, from pre-construction to completion. Eliason & Knuth is able to take a proactive approach to the project and assist in scheduling, act as a consultant throughout the duration of the project to assist the architect and owner achieve their vision, clear up any confusing details on a project well in advance of the actual construction act as a single-source of contact for the project for both field personnel and the general contractor and assist in budgeting and processing of changes. The company is located in Kansas City, Mo., where it employs nearly 30 people. Eliason & Knuth is a subsidiary of CDM Investment Group.
