Avis Rent A Car

My experience at this location was the best. I had a last minute issue where I prepaid online and the Burlington Location would not help me and wouldn’t even give me any options. But at soon as I called the Grandview location I was greeted on the phone with a "How are you an how’s your day. How may I be of service" . I told him my issue at the other location and even though he was closing the Owner said he will stay open until I get there to help me. I got there in 15 minutes before closing and was greeted by name because he took the time to remember me. Mr. Chris gave me options that the Burlington location did not. I was told I can always call and come on down. My business stays at Avis location in Grandview with Mr. Chris. Thank you for your awesome service, and willingness and positive attitude. I appreciate everything. Because of you I was able to go see my family and spend time with my love ones. Thank you so so so so much.
