Pho Soc Trang

It’s a small place with great food and pretty good prices. Two people can eat there for under $30.00 easily and still have food to take home. I only wish it was a little bit bigger.

I have to agree w/ "grenmoyo1" from all the way back to 2009. I'd had Pho in Holland before and was looking for a place to take my boyfriend to try it for his first time. We were lucky to find this place, & we loved it. This is one of those places that may seem like a dive, but the food is good. Our waitress/part owner even had us sample a fried banana after our meal. The price was right, service was good & Pho was excellent. We look forward to returning soon, even though it's summer now.

It's so sad, some of the greatest places of ethnic cuisine are so vastly under-rated! Expecially this not so little eatery. The food is exceptional and the only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because the service is just good but not outstanding. But the food more than makes up for it. I'm not Vietnamese (I'm German), but when I eat their Pho Tai and Goi Cuon I feel right at home. It's one of those types of moments that bring back fond memories, of mom making you some food to make you feel all better. I don't even know who the people are but, GOD! I love them like family.
