Mr Roof of Grand Rapids

I recommend the life of the house guarantee roof installation if you plan on living there a long time plus it is a major selling point when you move as it gets past along to the new owners. It looks fantastic and is set up to breath properly and eliminate ice damns etc etc.

My roof leaked after the first rain so I called Mr Roof back to find out what the issue was. They were very honest with me and told me that they messed up the chimney flashing. They took care of everything. I am happy that they were honest with me.

100% satisfied with Mr ROOF. They did what they said they would do. Fred was nice to deal with as well.

I invested in the Thunder Guard roof system that only Mr Roof sells. After doing some research I found that the shingles are made of rubber SBS and that they hold up to really bad weather. Mr roof gives a lifetime warranty and that really was interesting to me. I hope that I will never need to use the warranty however.

mr roof did new windows and siding for me. I did not know they even offered this work but my neighbor had them do his siding and it looked good. I got 2 estimates and their price was really good. I put Crane Board on and my house is cooler and more quite and looks good. there were some drywall pops that they warned me about but I think that is normal when they ban around on your hose so much.

The salesman and installation staff all wanted customer satisfaction. They really went the extra mile and communicated throughout the whole project.
