Meijer

I wanted to write a letter to thank Meijer for something that occurred at your supermarket a few days ago. I am handicapped and am in a wheelchair. Once a week, I have a Meijer employee shop for me and bring the purchased items to my home. I couldn’t get by without your services!
I have been using this service for many years and normally, this interaction is successful with no problems. But in this case, your system was down and it wouldn’t accept my payment information. After many failed attempts, I was prepared to cancel the order and maybe, start again at a different supermarket.
But then, I received a huge surprise. The Meijer shopper, Leah, called me. She told me that Meijer would be giving me the requested items at no charge to me and she would bring them to my home!!
Here is an example of a store doing the right thing! I was shocked by this unexpected outcome and so grateful!
I have recommended using Meijer to shop for both my friends, relatives, and now the general public. Whether you are handicapped like I am, or if you have worked a long tiring day and just need someone to shop for you, Meijer is the place to go! Five star review too!
