Established in 2006, Legacy Christian School was formed as a result of a merger between Cutlerville Christian School and Kellogsville Christian School. Legacy Christian School serves students in preschool through grade eight. It conducts classes in English, language arts, technology and Bible studies, science, music, art, physical education, reading, writing, social studies and math. The school offers special education services for students with disabilities. It features a library media center that organizes various reading programs and maintains a collection of books, databases and reference materials. Legacy Christian School offers an after-school care program for students in kindergarten through grade eight. It organizes various sports activities, such as track and field, basketball, volleyball, softball, soccer and football. Located in Grand Rapids, Mich., the school is a member of Christian Schools International, which is a service organization for Christian schools in the United States and Canada.
