Unique and Fun Transportation

Unfortunately the review posted by another reviewer was not correct. Grand Rapids Trolley does not advertise air conditioning and all of our drivers are very familiar with that and the areas that they drive. WE are not here to "cover ourselves with legality" We are here to serve our customers with the best customer service we can, provide a unique and fun transportation option for all of our customers.

Please call Grand Rapids Trolley and see what an excellent experience you can have!

Terrible Customer Service - Book something else

I used GRT for my wedding and it was the worst customer service experience of my life. First, they lied to me on the phone and said that the trolley would be air conditioned (we got married July 19th). It wasn't. The driver told me that it had just broke that morning. However, the owner of the company just argued with me and told me they don't have trolleys with air conditioning. Lucky for them I didn't have it in writing (mistake #2, after booking them in the first place). Either way, they lied to me at the start and then their driver lied to me as well.



My second complaint was that our driver had no clue where to take us. She was given the start point/end point before our event. However, I (the groom!) had to give her turn by turn directions. We were in Ada and I said we needed to get to the corner of East Paris and Cascade Road. She wasn't familiar with it.



When we contacted the firm afterwards to complain they just pushed back. First off, they never returned my phone calls (I left multiple voice messages for them). They didn't respond to emails until I told them that I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau of Western Michigan. But within hours of that email I had a response. Once we finally got in touch with them via email they kept claiming "we fulfilled our obligation in the contract". Obviously they have experienced complaints in the past and are used to dealing with it. Everything they said had a legal "tone" to it. They do a good job of covering their own behinds.



Worst Experience Ever. PLEASE book something else.
