I just bought my amazing wedding dress the other week from Bridal Gallery and I must say I had the best experience. The selection and amount of dresses was unbelievable, there were so many so I knew I would find the one! Once I picked out some that I really liked I started to try them on and the bridal consultant worked with me the whole time! She helped me with every dress and pulled dresses that she thought I might like according to what I was saying I liked and didn't like. I ended up picking one that she pulled for me so I was THRILLED! After I bought my dress we looked at brides maid dresses, jewelry, vails, and shoes! They have everything there so it was helpful! Staff was great, store was clean and organized. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, it was perfect :)

The service was TERRIBLE. I wish I didn't have to give a star rating because this place doesn't even deserve 1 star! I would NEVER recommend them! Not only did they screw up my dress 3 times I need for a wedding in 2 weeks, but they were extremely rude! I was told I need to go on an all salad diet (basically waste away to nothing I weigh 120 at 5'1), and was talked to like an idiot when I asked questions! When I made a complaint to the manager she said the lady was only rude bc I offended her by asking so many questions and second guessing her judgment. I'm the paying customer I was always taught to ask questions if you are unsure! I have never had any alterations needed before in my life. The manager continued to argue with me and talk down to me. From what I was told she is also the owner. When I told her I was NOT paying anything she yelled at me, waved her hand in my face and told me to take the "Get your F***ING dress and get out of the store"

I had been shopping around for my dress with my mother. We found two that we liked, both of which were on sale. We asked the girl's what time they would be open the next morning to come back and decide. One suggested purchasing one, since they were the same price and they would just hold both over night, so we wouldn't have to dig for it. We were surprised by that and asked again if it was ok, since they were sale items. The next morning I received a call from that owner that was very rude and upsetting. She stated that was unacceptable and took advantage of services. In her eyes, it was my fault that they were held. I apologized for any inconvenience caused and there must have been a misunderstanding. She stall continued to yell at me and tell me how rude it was of me to think that I could hold dresses. Her employees suggested it!!!! I told her that and all she had to say was "these are just young girls that would say anything to get me to leave." Then I think she needs to take that up with her employees.



The employees themselves were very helpful and kind, it's just a shame they work for someone so horrible.

I had a great experience while shopping at Bridal Gallery. The girls there helped me find the perfect dress. The customer service was the best I found while shopping for my dress. They never got pushy and gave me awesome input even after I tried on about 60 dresses. They have a great selection to chose from and their organization made it easy for me to find exactly what I was looking for. I'm getting all of my bridesmaid dresses there too. I would recommend them to any bride who is as lost as I was when I first got engaged.

I had my girls get thier dresses from bridal gallery and was not impressed with thier customer service. The girl who was assigned to us stood around and paid us no attention whatsoever.



The only positive thing from this store was not they had the dress I wanted and it was cheaper than any other place I could find it.

I went there with a bridal party to get a bridesmaid dress. They had a good selection of dresses, however their customer service was less than impressive. The girl that we had help us, offered no suggestions or help when it came to getting the correct dress size. She did not act enthusiastic by any means. She was rather lazy and lathargic acting. I was not impresssed with her knowledge or customer service skills. The dresses that we were to purchase are 2 piece dresses. The skirt is to ride at the natural waist line, which we were not aware of at first. Then when it came time to pay for the dress, we were not informed that if some of us chose to pay only 1/2 at ordering and the rest upon receiving that we would pay $20 more than the girls who were paying in full the day of the ordering. I found this place to have a "we're too good for you" attitude. Did I mention the dresses we were ordering were $140 each and there were 5 of us? You would think that when there is a group of women that are ordering that many dresses...you would offer a little help and advice.
