the people that service the lawn are great,if you a little extra they will go the extra mile for you no questions asked they just take very good care of your problem.

My lawn has always looked great, thanks to Trugreen. The specialist that have serviced the yard have done a tremendous job, are easy to deal with and timely.

TRUGREEN has been providing lawn and tree/shrub care for my home for several years. I encountered a minor problem with one of their employees but brought it to their attention and they replaced him with someone much more qualified. We are very satisfied with the service received and the amount charged to maintain our area.

I saw Mike doing the house across the street; I knew when I spoke to him that my yard was done properly. Mike has always and the only guy who cover our whole yard. Thanks.

Rod gave good advice about watering and having the mowing done less frequently. He is always freindly and willing to give me his advice to improve our lawn.

I am very pleased to know that posted directions were read and respected and my grass is in the very best possible condition.

I am confident about my lawn care with TruGreen -- I have a yearly contract and am notified when each application is to be done. After the application the specialist leaves detailed information concerning the application. Each application is handled in a professional manner.

Great customer service the guy who comes by to service the yard knows both my dogs by name which is awesome!

I am very satisfied with TruGreen's maintenance of my property and the service man is excellent and. Keeps me informed as to the areas of concern.

Service is good. my grass looks good. I never know when they come, either I am never home (which is unlikely since I am retired) or they just do not have time to let me know they are servicing my yard.

It is beginning to green up and come back after a lawn person mowed it too close and almost killed all of my grass last year. It needs to be raked and mowed again. I am looking for someone. I have not met the specialists yet who does my lawn so I am hoping that he is doing what he says on the tickets. I am trying this for another year to see if I can have a lawn again.

I guess it would be a healthy lawn if I could get some customer service. Do not use this company if you want ANY customer service. I paid in full on 4/13 and received no call to schedule my first service. An automated letter came in the mail on 4/16 stating that "Your specialist will be visiting your property to perform the service you requested." Oh yeah? When? No date anywhere. I had to call back 11 days later, and stressed for someone to call me to schedule my Ifirst lawn analysis. I stressed for it to be on a Tues/Thurs morning. Why did I have to call them back to get someone to contact me? I guess because they already had my money. Well, the next day (Thursday) I received an automated message on my phone that my first service would be the next day (Friday). Who does that? When you call the local office number, it asks you to press 1 for residential or 2 for business. If you press 1, it sends you to an office in Houston. Clearly they don't care about residences. You must press 2 to get anyone from the branch to speak to you. As a new (now ex) client, POOR customer service. BEWARE! Only use if you don't like speaking to people or knowing what they do.
