Three Bears Tire Shop

I went went to have a flat fixed since it was close by and they charged 60.00 for 2 used tires. Then a few days later he has the same tire flat again goes to Discount and they said it looked as if someone had punctured a hole in the sidewall and he'd need a new tire!! 140.00. So I took it back to 3 Bears and their resolution was NOTHING BUT YOU SHOULD OF BROUGHT THE FLAT TIRE BACK, IT'S FLAT AND WE ARE STUCK ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. I HAD TO GET A QUICK FIX. The least they could've done at that point was give it to him for free since they probably punctured it with their machine Urgh never would recommend this place to anyone!! never again!!

Customer service is not their strong suit. Bout 2 big rig tires ($1300) within 3 months they broke on their own. Took them back and they insisted I hit them against something myself to damage them. I don't have time to plot idiotic schemes to get tires. They were rude and dismissed everything I said. Will never go back nor recommend to anyone at all. AVOID THIS PLACE! One star raining only cause I have to put something or else they'd get no stars.

not happy at all. they messed up car's tire bolts when i asked for help owner told me he was too busy. He thinks he is running a million dollar business

I was quoted one piece over the phone and charged another, conveniently after the tire was put on. I will not be back.

My husband went to have a flat fixed since it was close by and they charged $10 which at Discount Tire it would've been free!! Then a few days later he has the same tire flat again goes to Discount and they said it looked as if someone had punctured a hole in the sidewall and he'd need a new tire!! So he took it back to 3 Bears and their resolution was to sell him a used tire for $65!! The least they could've done at that point was give it to him for free since they probably punctured it with their machine. Not to mention they didn't balance the tire so my husband had to yet again go to Discount Tire and pay $32 for tire balancing! Urgh never would recommend this place to anyone!! Next time I'll leave work to pick up my husband and take him to a Discount Tire!!!
