As a patient of Dr. Dan Ferraro, I have never had a better experience at the dentist. All of the girls in his office are very knowledgeable, friendly, and they all care enough to remember little things I tell them about myself. Dr. Ferraro is so gentle and makes me feel right at home. He always spends as much time as we need to get the job done right. I am very excited because their office manager helped me enroll in a insurance program that best suited my needs. I wanted to get some implants and felt that they were way out of my price range and then they told me about Dr. Ferraro doing mini-implants and he was going to be at a affordable rate.



Not sure what happened in 08', but my experience has been great. Dr. Ferraro doesn't strike me as someone who would "take the money and run," I believe that being the God fearing man he is that he would make it right.

I went for my appt. and told the girl that my insurance has changed. They over estimated my portion of the amount due. I called after receiving my EOB from the insurance and told them they over charged me. She stated they would

send me a refund. After 2 months of waiting for the check, I called them back several times. The denist office called me today and told me they would not be refunding my money stating that my grown daughter has a balance due and they are going to apply it to her account. When I explained that I am not financial liable for her she stated that it did not matter that they where going to apply my credit balance to my daugher's account.

Apparently they tend to over charge patients. If you don't call they don't send it to you.
