Both my husband and I have dealt with Complete Auto Care since they first opened up their business. We have taken both of our cars there for all of our auto repair needs. We trust them, because they maintained our cars well, and not only that, were honest and reasonable, never trying to sell us more services than were needed, or warranted. They even gave me a ride home once so I would not have to sit there and wait for a service that was going to be a while. That is just one example of the great customer service they gave us, going that extra mile. I have brothers who are knowledgeable in mechanics, and I would check with them prior to any service call with Complete Auto Care (not because I questioned the quote, but because I always double-check with my brothers in situations like this), and each time they confirmed that the diagnoses and price quote was on-point and fair. I would send friends and family here. I read the negative comments, and I am sure there were extenuating circumstances involved, not Complete Auto intentionally messing up a car. They have done a great job for us consistently.

they are about to be involved in a litigation case regarding the fact that they broke my mothers car and are refusing to make it right.
Take your car here if you like terrible customer service and want your vehicle broke.

Don't trust these guys to do work on your car and not mess it up! when i got a new fuel pump it never and still won't read right, and all the evap lines that went to it are ruined. Upper and lower ball joints, upper control arms, tie rods inner, and outer sway bars, for some reason i end up with junkyard lower control arm with rotten bushings, and an old ball joint that was installed wrong, so now car vibrates at 40 mph, and has caused strut boot to split. When i bring it up they acknowledge they screwed up and always say they're too busy for free work. I paid well over 1500 for this free work. If it was done right to begin with it wouldn't have to be done again!
