I've been doing business with Josh of family auto for years and have nothing but good things to say. I am guessing but Billy is obviously a disgruntled salesman at a competing dealer in Grand Forks. Josh works with every customer and is all about customer service. Go to Family Auto if you want to find a great vehicle at a great price. Josh will work with you and won't bend you over like the other big boys in town....unless you're into that kind of thing.
