Steamaster Carpet Cleaning

Terrible...do not use. Quoted a price on the phone and when the guy came to the house he wanted to charge an extra $10/rm! If I didnt pay it he didnt think the carpet would come clean. I paid it...and the 3 problem areas were still awful. Previous homeowner had pets...after 1 day, pet smell was back. I paid extra for the sanitizer to get out pet smell too. Completely unsatisified.
