Food is okay, always slow, I love bdubs so I keep going though.

The music is way too loud to allow anyone to hear what the other person is even saying!! Soda drinks were not refilled at any point during our over 45 minute wait for simple sandwich order's for our party of 9 plus 2 children. We were having lunch together after burying a loved one at the local Holly cemetary which we will all be returning to-----WE called to report this to the manager John at which point he apologized, inquired our address and promised to make it up to us. He indicated he would send coupons to ANY Buffalo Wild Wing location to make up for the lack of proper service. He not only didn't mail any coupons in the last 2 weeks, he, as well never followed up with a return call, as promised on 7-30-2008. Our waitress was Victoria, Table 122, Receipt #591865.3, at 3:58 PM in the afternoon----The dining area wasn't even busy at that time-----



We called for John tonight---8-14-2008 at 9:30 PM. He isn't available until the afternoon Friday 8-15-2008?? Crystal took our call and indicated the exact same line---SHE would take our address and mail a coupon for our families inconvience!!



We are very disappointed in the initial (lack of) service, the inconsiderate follow-up and today the same issues are still -------open!!



We are bringing this to your attention to hope that no other grieving family is put through this lack of service.
