If I could I would give them no stars. I've been a customer for almost 3 years now and it was the only place I would take my vehicle. I had them do an oil change on my Traverse about 2 weeks ago. My girlfriend needed an air filter for her Escape and asked me if I'd put one in for her. The more I thought about it I couldn't remember the last time they asked me if I wanted my Air Filter changed. So today, almost 2 weeks to the day I payed them to change my oil I checked my Air Filter. I have attached the picture for your reference. The new filter is the filtee they gave me after I went up there and raised hell. I just wonder how many other customers have clogged filters because there not checking or changing them. I won't be going back.

I had the pleasure of working with Sean White at Cadillac. Not only did he get me a great deal but went above and beyond the call of duty. The day i wanted to trade in my car he went out of his way to come get my car from work! Will defiantly recommend Sean to family and friends!!

Last week I purchased a Cadillac CTS4 from Al Serra. Our sales contact Shawn White was more than accommodating in helping us find the right vehicle. Another lead sales guy (manager maybe?) at the Cadillac building tried to sell me on a lease but I was more interested in owning for the long-term, you know – finding a used gem that will last.



As a web design and marketing professional myself, I was glad that Sean was very understanding and not pushy about the lease idea, or other up-sales for that matter. He was very down-to-earth and professional throughout the process.



Our overall experience with the company was top-notch and I'll surely look them for future needs.

Saturn 2008 View, I bought this car fro a friend w 45,000 miles & put 20 ,000 miles on it
When the transmission went out-I called & asked what warranty mite be
Left. they said that it probably was covered under warranty &
Bring it in. So I drove it in in first gear. Well whe I got there much to my
Surprise they had a rental car waiting for me. I wasn't sure how the GM 100,000
Warranty would work out on a used car. Three days later they called said come & get it.
When I got there the service writter had my keys & paperwork ready, I immediately
Looked to see the bill & there was no charge, as in free. To top that they pulled up my Saturn
& it looked new. They had just washed it. Running good today.

My 2008 Saturn View transmission went out.

& gave me a bill for 0. Nothing as in free. All covered under the gm 100000
Mile warranty.well I am still friends w the guy I bought it from. Plus
When I picked up my Saturn they had just washed it.
