All Service Mechanical

All Service Mechanical did a out standing service call that was performed at our residence in Greenwood MO.by your sevice technocian Mike Schupp. After being told by a defrent A/C company that we would half to replace our entire system due to a faulty out door unit in our back yard. We decided that it would be best to get a second opinion as any smart home owner or consumer would do.I contacted All Service Mech. and set up a appointment with there customer service specialist.My wife and I both made arrangements to be available for that service call since we felt something wrong from the previous service call from a well known and so called trusted company.I was present with Mike for most of the service call and he found that the entire system did not need to be replaced.But insted found that a relay switch in the out door unit had been tampered with from the previus company so the unit would not run or cool.even though we have a 9 month old chiled with asma on a 90 degree day..(To hot for my son to breath) When mike notified us of his finings we were so very relieved and Mike assured us even more that he would have our A/C working befor the end of the service call as he had all the replacement parts that he needed in his service vehicle.He replaced the relay that was tampered with and tested everything to make sure that everything was fully operational after discussing what the cost would be. As I mentioned we were so very relieved and so very happy to have service back to our A/C and very happy with the service that Mike provided and being very honest with his findings and what it would take to repair our unit.Again thanks to All Service Mech.and a job well done. From now on you can count on us to call you at All Service Mech. anytime our unit decides it doesent want to operate and you can count on us to refer all our family and friends to your excellent service company..
