Have been going to this Subway since it opened. It is clean, the food looks good and the owner enjoys working there, knowing many of her customers by name. That alone, tells you how many repeat customers there are. Any complaints should be taken straight to the owner; she is very reasonable and wants the continued business.

Terrible Service, does not own up to their mistakes! Rude

I go to this Subway almost everday on my lunch break. On one particular day I ordered a sub with cheese and had it toasted. If you go to Subway you know that the cheese has wrapping around it well the employee forgot to take it off so when I got to work the plastic was melted all over my footlong it was disgusting. I called to complain that day and someone gave me authorization to have a new one made anytime, (I couldn't go back because my lunch break was over). I came in two days later to get my replacement sub cause I was out of $6.59 and they refused to give it to me. Not only that, they were very rude and said I was taking advantage of them. I go to that Subway all the time on my lunch break and spend about $6.59 everytime, if you add that up they are losing about $259.00. That is a lot to lose over a dinky sub. Do not eat here they are very rude and DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!
