Her treatment style follows an integrative model incorporating active listening, position and movement analysis, lifestyle modification and stress management. In addition, Jes believes in bringing other practitioners onto the rehab ‘team,’ whether it be chiropractic care, nutrition coaching, personal training, life coaching.

As a certified manual therapist in orthopedics, Alyssa focuses on providing patients with that same comprehensive, compassionate care using the most current evidence based treatment plans. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and musculoskeletal conditions, but her specialty interests include vestibular rehab and concussion treatment. She has even worked with Parkinson's patients, using non-contact boxing techniques to challenge brain function, balance and mobility.

Colleen has advanced training in the following: vocal cord dysfunction, temporal mandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, myofascial trigger point therapy, Graston Technique- instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and custom foot orthotics consultation and fitting.
Plantar Fasciitis
Brian discusses and demonstrates how to stretch your gastroc and soleus muscles of your calf. Hold these stretches 20-30 seconds to help out with plantar fasciitis.
