I have always been taken in quickly, treated with kindness and respect. The doctors listen and when needed provide medication. The office is clean and professional. I recommend this place for urgent care needs.

my wife went there with an infection behind her ear lob that swelled to the size of a dime. Instead of lancing it to keep it from coming back they just sucked out the bacteria it blew right back up while she was there, they said well.if it's worse go to the ER. It GOT WORSE RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU, DO YOUR JOB. If they had lanced it it would have never come back, they also did blood work st it has been 2 mon the and we have called and they never got back to us about the blood work. Terrible place
Had to go here recently because my Dr. couldn't get me in for a week. I had an upper respiratory infection and went on my lunchhour. Even though there were several people in the waiting room, I was seen quickly and got antibiotics. The staff was professional and courteous. Definitely would recommend.
HORRIBLE place for Urgent Care. They're cold and completely uncaring at the front desk and like the other reviews here, I question the competence of the young 'doctor'. The waiting room was empty so we were seen quickly but I did not have a nice experience at all. If you go to Urgent Care, then you are under some level of duress. I think they need to understand this and reassure people that they can help them. Instead, it's the same old line, fill out this paperwork, who's your insurance carrier, have a seat. I would go to a hospital before I ever consider going back here.
I've been to Excel Urgent Care in Goshen. Both times there was no one in the waiting room so I was seen very quickly. However, neither time have I seen a physician, only very young physician assistants. They said no doctor was there that day and the doctor only comes in on limited hours. I am not confident of the opinions I was given about my symptoms, and was skeptical of the offer for "prophylactic antibiotics". That was the suggestion both time although they said I didn't have a bacterial infection. I would go somewhere else if possible.
