I was taken advantage of by this business. I had them replace a fuel pump and fuel filter on a 2000 chevy blazer.. I ended up paying 928 dollars for this service. Beware of this business!

called for pricing on old 327 head work and received a better heads up option of work that may need to be done that other shops I called didn't even metion thanks work was done and looks awesome

I called in for a price on machine work on an engine crankshaft, the guy on the phone said it would be $112. So I dropped off the crank to get done, they did the crank and as far as I know it was done well, But when it was done another guy called me to tell that it was done and the price was $178.50. When I explained that I was quoted differently the attitude was like "Oh well"....that the had to check it for straightness and clean it. If that isnt included in the other price they should tell you that before spending your money...or just quote the accurate price ahead of time when asked.

As a female and trying to take care of my vehicle I am always hesitant to take my car places because I might get talked into products and services that I don't really need. Promotor has consistently provided me with quality service and has never tried to talk me into anything. They have also told me about issues that may cause problems in the future so I can take the best care of my car as possible. I always appreciate their honesty and quality work.
