Springhill Apartments

Check the other website reviews and you'll see for yourself: Rats, roaches, people always loitering, drug dealers, constant fights, mold, leaks, poor laundry room that barely has working machines, you have to pay for your visitors to park there, they are quick to tow even the residents, maintenance can take a long time to come out, no security for package delivery (it will get stolen), old out dated appliances, drafty windows, etc...... Not worth it!

The maintenance is horrible they refuse to fix anything. The apartment isnt installated thus the centeral heat & air don't work. During the winter its cold and during the summer its hot. Its beatufil yes but its not worth being uncomfortable. Please reconsider living here.
