        Overall

        I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND THE HORRIBLE TREATMENT THAT MY GRANDSON GOT FROM THIS LIBRARY... HE IS SPECIAL NEEDS.. SPEAKING TO THE MANAGER SHE JUST WANTED TO GIVE ALL OF HER STAFF A PASS BUT WHAT ABOUT A SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD?? WHO WILL GIVE HIM A PASS??
