As a Navy Spouse it is important to both my husband and I that my car be in good condition whether he is home or away. I have found countless places that would "only do so much" on my Volkswagen and in an attempt to avoid going to the dealership I searched online and found A R E. Amazed that they only had positive reviews I thought I would give it a shot and I am so thankful that I did and proud to be able to add another shining review!



Rather than be taken advantage of for being a woman or for having a foreign car that can sometimes be confusing and expensive to maintain, I was treated with respect and they explained everything that I asked and more. They spent time on my oil change and gave me a reminder sticker that actually reflected the correct mileage when I was to return (not just 3,000 miles from my current mileage, like most places do) I will most certainly be back. Rather than charge me for unecessary things just because I asked about them, they also spent time developing a plan for effective maintenance on my car. Thank you so much! How refreshing it is to know there are honest car mechanics still out there!

They sent me a thank you card!?!?! I will be dropping my car off there tomorrow morning. I had some work done to my father's truck...COMPLETELY satisfied. The service was great, he was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done, and he sent me a thank you card!!! Where on earth does that? He even took the time to sign it himself. NOT A STAMP. Absolutely the best place I have ever taken a car! Thanks Ken...You are truly AMAZING! Oh...the price was the best also! After hearing $500-$1,000 to get the clutch done...he was so much cheaper. Not trying to take any one for a ride, he just makes sure you have your ride and it's "good to go"

After many car repair garages I am pleased to say I have found one to call my own. I have had several rough experiences in the past with dishonest or lazy work performed on my car and almost lost hope. Auto Repair Experts has been good to me and my car. Couldn't be happier!
