My personal experience with this shop has not been too good. The owner is quiet knowledgable and helpful, however some of the young people that he has working for him do not know what they are doing; and are rude. If you want your windows tinted I would say go for it, or simple sounds, cool. However if you are trying to get a more intricate sound system, you would do better going to Mobile One! If you are needing an interlock device my advice to you is to go else where! I dropped 5grand on a sound system from them which afterwards I had to take my vehicle into Tiger Adio about once a week for problems with the system ...it was constantly messing up; and even had my car shutting off while driving down the road! Note: this was a NEW car with zero miles under the hood! I took the amps I bought from them into Mobile One and they told me the amps were no good. Note: I purchased ALL brand new items from them, none used. But that wasn't the only problem with the system; it was wired all wrong. Also I have an interlock device with them recently that when they first installed was constantly malfunctioning. I also had to bring my vehicle into Tiger Adio about every other week, sometimes once a week for its malfunction. They had to change out the interlock about 5 times before I finally got one that would work properly. I don't know if they just had a bunch of bad units or they just weren't knowledgable on how to install the device. Also it is VERY hard to get them out to service the device due to the fact that the girl working there keeps hanging up the phone on me, simply because she asked a pretty silly question: why wasn't my vehicle starting?...My obvious reply was f****** WoW! Ma'am, If I knew what was wrong with my vehicle I would not be calling you out to service it! ?.I never once cursed HER out! After all I do realize it isn't her problem nor her fault. Note: my vehicle had been in the shop for a week...mechanics cannot find anything else that could be wrong with my vehicle except the device. Now every time I call she just hangs the phone up on me. Which is fine, because the service fee for them to come out is $60. Perhaps they just don't want the money. Not sure, but considering my frustrations, I have been incredibly courteous and patient with Tiger Adio in general.
