It didn't matter to them if my issues were minor or major. They assured me my reels would be good as new, and that's what they delivered. My hat goes off to Ms Laura for talking with me over the phone; she actually cared about what I was telling her. Thank you for that!! I highly recommend this business and their services.

Have sent them reels for 15+ years. Come back working/running great. They are honest regarding if something is worth repairing. In addition, they have so many old parts that on one occasion they replaced the body of a very old reel with another one at no cost to me. Turn around usually about 4-6 weeks so plan.

Not sure what the 1 star guy below is talking about. Honest folks that will tell you if they can help you. Just not overnight like folks these days think everything should be.

They don't even deserve 1 star. They held my reel for 2 months, not doing anything. Then it took 3 more weeks to ship it to Shimano when they told me that they would do right away. DO NOT SHIP YOUR REEL HERE. Shimano says that they are not responsible for what Coastline does. Ship your item to Shimano directly from the beginning. You will waste your time with these people.

A family owned company that has been around at least 40 years. They wholesale parts for fishing reels all over the world. They have a fresh and salt water tackle store in front. It's not very organized but it's a combination general store and fishermans wonderland. If they don't have what you want they can have it in 2 days. An amazing place I'm thankful my father took me to over 40 years ago. I stop in everytime I travel through Goldsboro.
