Barren Creek Cottages

I stumbled across barren creek cottages one day while taking a trip to check out smithland pool for a future fishing trip with a friend.I figured well this is pretty close to the river and the marina so without real high expectations I checked into it.The price was around 70 per night....pretty good right?This place is amazing,it is very well kept and the owners are very hospitable.It has satelite t.v,everything you need in the kitchen,a bbq grill,abundant linens and tremendous nearby fishing.I think we ended up cathing 70 redear 30 crappie and several catfish and bass.I will probably go back atleast twice a year it is the most quality cabin I have ever stayed in for the money. HANDSDOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
