SmartStyle Hair Salon

My wife went to SmartStyle on 11/18/2015 to get her hair colored a purplish red. By 11/24/2015 her hair was fading to grey and blonde. Went back in on 11/25 to get it fixed and asked for a refund. The first time she was there she spent 2 1/2 hours there. The second time 3 1/2 for a total of six hours. The store manager was extremely nice and fixed it as best she could. We called the district manager and asked for a refund and was not given one. Was told since they fixed it no refund would be given. It's still Not what she wanted!!!!!! You are a butcher shop and should not be in be in business!!!!! Her head is now red and irritated from all the chemicals. Stay away!!!!
