Boston Smoke Shop

My first experience with Boston Smoke Shop was in the recently opened store in Gloucester. The interior is a spacious well lit open room. One side is a window filled with glass pieces and there are display cases & shelves filled with grinders, hand pipes, vape and just about anything a smoker needs and then some. But the biggest reason I like this shop is because of the great customer service I receive from Jeff. He is very knowledgeable, super friendly and always takes the time to answer the many questions I barrage him with on my visits there. My knowledge was limited on a lot of the products so I have been browsing around, asking lots of questions and learning quite a bit. Jeff answers every question with his expertise and patience. He is a very pleasant person to talk to with a down to earth personality. Each visit has been a consistently positive experience for me. As long as you have staff like Jeff there you will definitely be my smoke shop of choice!
