132 Glen Bistro is the culmination of almost two years of restoration of a 100+ year-old brick building in the heart of downtown Glens Falls. With its antiquated wainscoting and bar, it has returned to its once proud state of being a viable business. 132 Glen Bistro is a quaint, friendly, and wholesome place to eat. The good food and low prices attract many customers. The ownership of a restaurant has been the lifelong dream of Kevin's. 132 Glen Bistro is a dream coming to fruition. With over 30 years of experience in the restaurant business, Kevin and Patty are fully knowledgable of the endeavors they are pursuing. Kevin's previous employments in the restaurant business included the Gideon Putnam Hotel and Conference Center in Saratoga Springs State State ParkNY; Kelsey's Fine Dining at Faro Blanco Resort in in MarathonFL; the Quay Restaurant and Perry's Restaurant in Key Key WestFL; Log Jam Restaurant and Lucille's Restaurant, Lake Lake GeorgeNY
