I took my 2012 Macbook Pro to get fixed. It didn't start up so the tech told me the battery got flooded and needed to replace so it can boot back up. They did not have the battery in stock so they had to order it from their supplier. it took a couple of days. I had to call them and see if the battery arrived. Once it did they replaced the battery. Now here is when things got wrong. The battery they used was not accurate it would die randomly and only charge for an hour or two. I sent it back they said the battery was the issue. They ordered another battery took over a week to get, they replaced it again and the same problem now the battery just doesn't get a full charge. Its been a couple months now. I called them and said to call them back in a few days because they were to busy. At this point id rather not do business with them anymore. My conclusion is that they did not fully test my MacBook and did not fix my issue. They used a cheap after-market part. Please be careful when doing business with this shop! However, they are nice and customer service is ok.
