        The customer service at this Menard's has gone downhill the past few months. I have had some bad experiences with very rude employees. I also have paid for three consecutive special orders and have not received what I paid for. And was offered only indifference and no apology. Do not recommend this particular store.

        Best sales around incl. plenty...

        Best sales around incl. plenty of cost-free items (after rebate)--or nearly free. "Save Big Money" slogan is accurate. I shop here almost every Sunday, so I think I'd know.



        I'm a little surprised at how much they've expanded the product offering. Not at all just a home improvement store now. They sell appliances, mattresses, food, clothing, holiday items, etc. I'm not complaining, just explaining.



        Helpful & knowledgeable staff, well organized products, good selection, great deals, great store chain. Another advantage--receipt kiosks! Returning an item, but lost recpt? No problem--just search with your credit card & print another (can still bring back w/o recpt.).



        The thing that bothers me is the darn signs that say they'll open another register is 2+ people are in line. Let's see...if I get in line, I'm person #2 in line...so if I don't have my own cashier, they'll open up a new one? That's obviously not the case. They often wait til there's 4, 5 people in line.



        Aside from those annoying signs, I love Menards!
