Im so upset I dont know where to begin!!! IF YOU WANT A WEDDING DAY FROM HELL GO TO SUSSY'S BRIDES. First of all, she rushed me into believing that I had to have the guys fitted for the wedding 5 months ahead. Which I did. We selected all the tuxs and paid. We paid extra for the grooms tux as we wanted for it to be special. She told us they would all arrive three days before the wedding. The boys took half the day off from work and arrived at Sussy's said time three days before the wedding. Only the bestmans tux was there and it was filthy, tattered with strings hanging out,etc. We requested it be exchanged. It was exchanged for a much cheaper version which is not what we paid for and even that was filthy. And only pieces of it arrived the rest of it we were told would arrive at 11AM THE DAY OF THE WEDDING!!! When the wedding started at 9am. Because I freaked out they decided to call another tux rental and beg for a favor. We went and picked up pieces of the bestmans tux there. She then said Im sorry what can I do, it is what it is and what you ordered is discontinued. She had 5 months to tell me that but didnt. The grooms tux had not arrived and we were told it will arrive till the night before the wedding. When it did arrive it was not at all what we ordered, it was cheap, dirty and something completely different. NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR! We went back to the other place begged, paid double for another tux for the groom since it was last minute and the other guy was trying to put it together. The other groomsman's pant legs were not stitched they were folded in and were falling out underneath his shoes as he walked. We had him take off his pants to have one of our mothers stitch the pant legs as it looked horribly flopping out over his shoes. The groomsmen did not have matching vests and ties as we had ordered and paid for. Basically floor rags which I wouldnt put onto my dog.

I did buy my dress from there and alterations was a part of the deal. My dress was altered so long, I tripped over it several times during the day and night and began to cry and finally my photographer said he'd edit these out. But I felt humiliated for my falls! The fluffy thing she had me wearing under my dress was too big and kept slippping down underneath my feet which also caused me to fall. I had to have this adjusted constantly all day. And her response to this was you should have said something. When really I expect for a professional to do her job right. I dont know a thing about it! Thats why I paid thousands of dollars!!!

Since we had no other choice and no other places could get us a all these tuxs we were forced to just go through the day with them. Then after the wedding this woman has the nerve to tell us... you shouldnt have worn them then. WHAT WERE WE GOING TO GO TO THE WEDDING IN? JEANS? These things only arrived night before the wedding! We didnt have time to order others! And we dont print money here either! And she refused a refund. She is insensative to one of the most special days of our lives and we paid OVER what any of this was worth because we thought we were getting what we ordered! Just horrible service, horrible product and horrible customer service. When I tell them what was wrong they said "go argue with someone else". I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I just got married. I had the most romantic beautiful wedding. So much had to do with this amazing dress and veil. Guyane picked the perfect Mantilla veil to go with my dress. I highly recommend this shop. And listen to Guyane's advice. she really knows her business. Also, thanks to the Latin woman who strongly suggested against spray tanning before the wedding :-). I found my dress at Sussy's 10 months ago. i walked in without appointment and i was treated very friendly, professionally. They helped me try different gowns and i felt in love with my dream gown. Few days later i went back with my mother and purchased it. We also ordered bridesmaids gowns and rented tuxedos. Everybody is very happy with the service and the prices. My wedding was November 21st, 2009 and everything was perfect. I was very beautiful so as my bridemades. i am very happy with all the help provided by Sussy's staff
