This law firm is a crook. Never fall in love with their radio Ad. I worked with them for about 6 months in order to get my loan modification as I am under water on my property value. They assessed my situation and assured me that they can do a loan modification even though I have high income. But after 6 months Bank denied my application because of high income. If you pay more than 31% of your gross income on property then you can qualify for loan modification or if you have a situation when you can't pay. I pay 20% of my gross income on mortgage. I now realized that these crooks new that I can't qualify for loan modification because of high income, still insisted me to go with them in order to take my money. Initially I paid $3500.00 , then $500.00 each month after that. All my money is gone for nothing. These guys should go to jail. Those who are still thinking about working with them don't think about it.
