I have been dealing with them for years trying to get my money from the person i sued, why is it taking so long???? i call every 6months to go through all the same things all over again, they offered to help me get the money i won in court in turn i had pay more money which his accident has now been since 2011 !!... and still no return, just hundreds of dollars paid to get them to fill out some simple forms... the process was simple, but for what???

BEWARE of my small claim!!! I filed a small claim through my small claim against my past tennant who destroyed my property. I used my small claim because I dont understand all the court's paperwork and I wanted it right the first time. My claim was processed through the court, defendants were served and my small claim sent me the copy of their filling (with the date to appear) and the serving paperwork. I appeared in court today to only have the clerk tell me my case was yesterday and my case was dismissed since I didn't appear. MY SMALL CLAIM SENT ME PAPERWORK FOR THE WRONG DATE!!!!. I drove straight to my small claim's office to only have a rep from their company to tell me that I was wrong. Excuse me, I'm wrong? The cleark at the court even showed me the filling they recieved from my small claim with the wrong date!!! Now I'm out $5307.00 PLUS TRAVELING EXPENSES FROM LAS VEGAS!!!! After reading the "term and service" of my small claim, they are liable for nothing. If they screw up your case like they did mine, you'll get nothing. CONSUMER, BEWARE OF MY SMALL CLAIM, INC.

I filed my small claims court with them and they were very professional, they handled my case very quickly. They served the defendant and followed up with updates, and finished there job quickly.
