Roaches apartment i would say. It is across all the apartments.

Though it is bit cheaper and spacious it is filled with roaches .

Good things:

Manager is available all the time as they live in same complex. Fair rent.



Bad: Rude response. Example: Today our kitchen sink is stuck and the plumbing is messed up somewhere our kitchen sink is getting water from other apartments, we manually have to empty the sink.



When we complain about it, they asked us to fill up a work order form and then later we requested any update on that work order, the management says following: 'We have submitted the request, and we don't know when those guys will show up so meanwhile please go to other apartment guys and request them not to use their kitchen sink'
