About Our Practice Eli E. Hendel, MD, is a triple board-certified pulmonologist, sleep medicine specialist, and internist, offering care at his private practice in Glendale, California. With over 35 years of experience, Dr. Hendel is the go-to provider for patients with sleep apnea, asthma, COPD, insomnia, and a range of other health concerns. Dr. Hendel’s career started with his training in internal medicine at the State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.
