MEGA Furniture

In Dec 2015 I purchased a living room set, furniture, tables and entertainment center, very happy and excited. Draw back - I purchase the protection plan for $200.00, I ask the manager if I needed to get the furniture cleaned will that be an issued and he stated no, just call and they will do it.
Over the holidays I had a accident on the couch, call and was told they only do SPOT clean and will not clean the entire piece, therefore I canceled my 200.00 warranty to get a 107.00 return, what a rip off and very miss leading to the consumer. shame on Mega for not explaining what the protection plan really dose, GBS needs to re-educate the vendor to ensure their plan is explain correctly... Mega Furniture please call and re-educate your staff...

I wanted to get some prices on a dining room set. The sales person asked some questions about my needs and then showed me an amazing table and chair set that was perfect for us. He was knowledgable and so helpful. I got such a great deal I thought I would look at some sectionals. Looked at all of them and finally decided on one. They delivered it a little late, but it was well worth it. I got an amazing deal and wonderful service. They have a customer for life. Thanks

Ordered bar stools exactly 6 months ago. Still not in. Both times I have visited the store to inquire on the stools I was told that there were people who had ordered ahead of me. It's funny though, when I was ordering them, I was never told there were orders ahead of me.



My wife and I spent 10k there on furniture for our new home. We still don't have the furniture cleaner and conditioner that was promised to us.



If a promise is made, you can bank on being disappointed when the empty promise comes back around.



Nice people,,,, BAD service. Go somewhere else for your furniture needs. It's not worth the headache.

My partner and I came into the Glendale mega furniture store on 35th and glendale ave because of an insert in the mailbox. We were looking at a whole sectional for 500 bucks. We liked the price so much we bought a bedroom too. It was in stock and we picked it up that afternoon. Great quality too. My partner and I are ecstatic.
