It was quick & easy! I was greeted very nicely as I walked in and out by front desk. And the doctor that seen me was a very nice gentlemen! I would defiantly return in future if needed!

I needed a simple calf compression stocking which requires a measurement. I contacted the closest Hanger to my home, had previous experience with them. I called late in the day Monday and they said they had no one scheduled to fit for the day. I asked do they prefer appointments and the answer was yes but if I showed up between 8:00a & 8:30a Tuesday, I should be okay.
I arrived right at 8:30a, asked if I had an appointment, said no. At 10:00a, I asked the front office person about how much longer and they said they go to lunch at noon but thought they could get me in before. I said just let me make an appointment. The earliest they had was in thirteen days. I simply asked for my Rx and paperwork back.
Three things - I should have been advised the possibility of a long wait when I came in. Second - over the phone the previous day I should have also advised that they were scheduling out two weeks. Finally, they should allow time for walk-ins like the labs do. Never again Hanger!
