El Gallito Carniceria

I went in search of the best carne asada meat in phoenix. I went to atleast 10 different carnecerias in the valley and they were all pretty much the same. Except for this one particular store on 63rd avenue and Maryland in glendale. When I walked into the store, I immediately realized how clean and organized it was. I ordered some meat in their butcher shop and although the butchers did not speak english, they were very helpful and friendly. I later spoke with the cashier and I found out that not only was this a family owned business, it was a family operated business. The cashier explained how him and his brothers would take turns working at the store. They also had three other cousins that helped them stock the shelves. When I got home and lit up the grill, I noticed how fresh the meat was. It was a completely different grade than any of the other stores I had gone to. The meat as cut in perfectly thin slices. Overall I would highly recommened the store to anyone!!
